My original collection day from Bluewater (when MORNING POST’s ETA was 28th) was 1st June, so 4 days turnaround. They made me reschedule when the ETA changed to the 30th.

ETA has changed from 1300 to 1730 tomorrow.

For me it was about 2 weeks before collection, but then my collection got put back a week due to the boat being delayed.

Off the coast of Portugal at the moment with an ETA of 1300 on 30th May in Southampton. Original ETA was 29th, then it went 28th, then 30th a few days ago.

I think you have to click 'Account' on the far right of the Spotify menu and log in. That will allow you to use your premium Spotify account in the car. I don't think you can export the Tesla account playlists.

I bought a mesh cover for the air intake, as I understand it’s easy for leaves, insects and water to get in there. I also got a rear screen protector due to its perfect location for the kids to kick. I’m not bothering with one for the front screen.

Looks like MORNING POST is making good time. The ETA in Southampton is now 28th May 1400, and my collection date from Bluewater has been moved a week earlier.

Bluewater are now expecting an earlier delivery from MORNING POST. They've just moved my collection day from the 8th to the 1st June. The VIN is now showing alongside the reg in the app, and they now require the down payment.

It looks like that new Longbridge site has chargers for every bay. Most collection sites don't have this.

You should have your reg already. I'd contact Tesla. They give the reg in advance but don't actually register it until collection.

Has anyone with a June collection looked at insurance yet? Tesla still can't give a firm date for collection, just a provisional of 8th June. I'm considering just sorting the insurance now for the beginning of June. It's currently 25 days to the 8th June, and the insurance prices tend to start...

I was told by my delivery advisor it's registered on the collection day. So insurance has to be setup manually as the reg won't be in the database.

Do you get Tesla to rotate tyres and lube the brakes? I’m wondering if someone like Kwik Fit or ATS would do it? They don’t list anything like that as a service on their websites.

Clean and lubricate brake calipers every year or 12,500 miles (20,000 km) if in an area where roads are salted during winter. Yea, I’ve always changed cabin filters in my current Kia. Seems a bit silly to pay someone when it’s normally just behind the glove box or such like.

Why would rotation give more miles? I can see the benefit of changing them all together to get a bulk buy discount. We have that too, but as tires/tyres (both accepted in the Oxford English dictionary 😜) are not typically rotated, a garage would probably charge, so you loose the bulk buy saving...

Also I think all that Model 3 inventory got added after MORNING POST left Shanghai.
