Highly likely that the ram chips can be desoldered and swapped for higher density ones. The question then becomes whether or not the Tesla UI is running in a virtualized environment and whether or not that ram can actually be utilized. I don't think Tesla is being treated fairly, and much of that has to do with how the media is treating Musk and the bad optics which stem from that. Damage to rear panel does anyone know how severe it is and how much it will cost??
Take it to a paintless dent repair place. Bumper and panel will need to be repainted. I'd guess like 3-4k taking into account the Tesla tax.- Mateo Leyva
