After updating today to the android Tesla app V4, the upgrades section no longer holds the Acceleration Boost option, just eap and fsd. Is this across the board? Do people with boost already purchased see it in the app?

Ended up replacing them at Tesla for a handsome few, sadly.

I'm gonna do a real world range test in summer with the 1104423-00-P from 100% next week so let's see what the range actually will be. Bjørn Nyland did a range test with the LG variant in winter so there should be some observable differences.

Tell me again how I get 580 km when the 100% charge only ever shows 549...

I hope this isn't the case, or if it is, that the range I'm getting in the car (550tkm@100%) is EPA estimate. If so, then I'm looking more at 610 WLTP if the 1,12x multiplier is correct for tesla M3 as well (EPA->WLTP)

If so then I hope they'll uncork the 2021 soft-locked panasonics on the LR , or else I'm gonna be really annoyed. I so wish Tesla would stop this russian roulette with the car components and configurations

Pre-heating from app will draw power from the socket even while not charging. Up to max what the on-board charger can pull. First image shows car heating cabin and battery. Second shows spike of about 11kW in power draw on the mains.

You will find that info in your registration documents from the road authorities, being in an EU country.

So what you are saying is that the EU M3 AWD are sold with both pana 77 and LG 74, but both are capped at the lowest rate to seem similar to the same market and not invoke any consumer laws, and the constant-changes are to mask that fact?

Not sure I can bring anything more to the table; 11kW charging to 100% this morning, average consumption 50km = 198wh/km, estimated range = 377 km. 19 regen dots after putting in drive. 546 range displayed. Outside temp 7°C

2020.48.12.1 downloaded, got the same "range upgrade" message in the changelog. Maybe the 48.12 was for LG and 48.12.1 is for panasonic? Wild guesses. Will try to do a 90% tonight and a 100 before a trip tomorrow. But the app claims 540 when set to 100. I don't have access to SMT so cannot post...

Seems like new headlights are made b/c they are programmable for all patterns and requirements for all regions, so one set only for all their cars to share = cheaper manufacturing costs in the long run. Tesla Norway technicians has stated that they have not yet been subject to information...

I have a "regular" NON-P LR AWD. 2020.48 is the source, perhaps this only applies in the changelog for a particular variant of cars with the battery in question? I have no other source than the forum members saying. Asked for screenshots of the relase notes.

I can't really say what the battery manufacturer is, but the registration papers name the battery as E3D, which is according to the old specs ie non-LG who should be E5D unless mis-labelled in the permit
