Comparing to the wheel pics on Tesla's web site, it appears that OP's wheels are on backwards.
In other words, he needs to swap them L<->R to get the same wheel spoke angles as stock.
I don't know if either configuration impacts range materially.
Logically speaking, spokes that "scoop air" and direct it to the brakes are likely to be marginally more effective at cooling rotors on track.
The alternatives are likely to "vent out" air from inside the wheel wells, but less effectively.
If OP observes no obvious change in energy consumption on the same roads, I would consider the difference to be insignificant. If there is a difference, then please share what it is.
