I charged last Sunday, and it was at $0.32 per kWh.
No others charging, but the pumps and shops weren't busy either. I did not notice a lot of other parking around the convenience store, so this could get messy if their business picks up. Probably not a great charging location when towing, as there is no pull-in and no convenient place to drop a trailer nearby.
I was there on Wednesday morning at 11 am. Was 1-2 other cars there during the 20 minutes or so I was there. I didn't react to the distance between the stalls and the parking spots across from them/by the store being that tight. Actually as much room or more than there is in any parking lot or garage.
