This Plaza is cut in half by the border line between City of San Fernando and City of Los Angeles (neighborhood of Mission Hills). And like Marco mentioned, the permit is being processed with LADBS (los Angeles department of Building and Safety), so perhaps it will be built on the LA side which on the satellite image is the less occupied by cars

Went by this location to check and there is NO sign of Tesla equipment yet (Permit issued on 04/18/2024). The LA side of the plaza (light purple circle) is by far the less busy side of the plaza and the side that lands on City of Los Angeles. (border line between City of San fernando and City of Los Angeles splits the plaza). There was a big line of cars on Rinaldi trying to cross Laurel Canyon (only one lane road) and the traffic light goes green literally for 10 seconds. The best way to enter is on Rincon Ave passing the gas station (green arrow)

It looks like this site survived the whole Supercharger Team issue/firing. This site’s permit was issued a week before the SC team was let go and the first inspection was done a day before the SC team was let go. There is no branded Tesla equipment on site but what else would fence a bug area like that in a parking lot 🙏🤞🤞🤞
