Turns out all we needed to do was ask Tesla for the document. Redditor pn02ner said he called Tesla’s Roadside Assistance service line and requested the manual and it was sent over to him without any trouble.
One feature that is unique to the Model 3 from other Tesla vehicles is the addition of bidirectional scroll buttons on the steering wheel that can operate different functions for the car. The page outlining those functions is below.
