Google Maps links in supercharge.info

Currently the Google Maps links in @supercharge.info are based on the street address which can be inaccurate, and in some cases miles from the actual location. It would be better to use the GPS coordinates that are already in the database to generate those links. Furthermore, if the site appears in Google Maps just link to it just like it is done with PlugShare.

FYI, I do have lat/long in my Tableau visualizations. Click on the dot, and a pop-up will include a link to search Google Maps by Lat/Long. THis visualization pulls from supercharge.info, but it is a manual process. I try to update it daily.

@paulkva The Google Map links are now for the coordinates rather than the street address with the latest release of supercharge.info. Thanks! However the about page was not updated to reflect this change.

Quick follow-up here: the About page now properly reflects the change in behavior of Google Map links. We also fixed a bug on the Changes page that was affecting newly expanded sites -- they now consistently show "old➜new" stall counts.
