Do you have shudder on hard acceleration? AKA death rattle?

I've just experienced this for the first time in the 2019 75d I've had for 3 years now. Only occurs under hard acceleration from low speeds..not from 30 or 40mph. Does anyone know estimated cost for the repair of this if my half shafts need replacing?

    Tesla Owners Auto Wipers Poll

You missed out...no matter if its light or heavy rain, putting the car in reverse puts them on at full whack..guaranteed..only for them to stop working as you drive forward

    Will this buff out?

Tell them the car isn't driveable otherwise you may end up like me waiting 6 months for a repair

    [UK] 2024.14.x

It's always done it. Bugs out when wider lanes merge into two and it can't decide which one to take Bugs out coming into centre lane from fast if there's a lorry on the left.. probably because the visual inductor keeps showing the lorry glitching into the centre lane..something they clearly...

    [UK] 2024.14.x

I'm on the 2.5 computer. I'd upgrade if we were getting the fsd the US have but I think that's very unlikely

Hold on..what is your version number? I've not noticed any real changes on my Model S dash. Are you in the UK ?

    [UK] Spring Software Update

Steering descriptions have changed in my 2019 model S. No more comfort, or sport etc but light, standard and heavy

2018 Model S "oil in coolant"

Ok so this puts my mind at ease somewhat. Next question is why would tesla service just say 500 quid and not suggest it could be due to air con? I've followed up to ask direct via the app so will see what they say 🤞🏼

2018 Model S "oil in coolant"

Update on mine. My car was on a ramp yesterday having a maxton rear valance put on..I noticed dripping from the front. It seemed to be water as no chemical odour. I rarely use air con but did have it on due to good weather. Is it possible its dripping due to moisture? I've sent a pic to tesla...

I use nav all the time and have premium connectivity..is it because I have a legacy model S?

    [UK] Spring Software Update

I have a question: I am sure I read that the maps would have some sort of speed camera icon notification on the maps - did this ever come in as it's certainly not on my 2019 Model S. On a side note, I used my auto park to get in a tight parallel parking spot the other week, it was brilliant. I...

    [UK] Spring Software Update

I strongly believe that when fsd finally arrives in about 5 years the intel cars won't be able to use it and Mr Musk will have to refund a lot of folk who have hung on. There'll be ambulance chasers everywhere like dieselgate

Does leaving a battery at low state of charge cause degradation or just inconvenience?

How do I do a bms calibration? I set off with 85% from a trickle charge and needed 3 supercharge stops in Perth, Abington and Tebay. Driving was a mixture of Scottish Highland roads to a max of 60 and mway. Mway was between 70 and 80 mostly with a little at 50 for roadworks. I've just...
