I took mine in and they aligned the driver's side really well, but refused to touch the passenger side and claimed it was in spec, despite it being more out of alignment than the driver's side was initially.

Has anyone tweaked the alignment of their 2024 model 3 doors to fix a mis-aligned ambient light strip? Mine is very slightly off on both sides, the passenger side having a pretty sizable gap as well, and I'd like to fix it if I can.

My guess is they find a way to make SR and LR model 3s qualify for the credit before they release performance. I think there is quite a while before we see the performance model in the US

Updated this morning to 3/6 - 3/20

So today is the first day of my EDD window (3rd - 17th). Taking bets; will it get pushed back 1 day at a time or will it get pushed out further?

My updates have all been early morning Pacific time. I pretty religiously check every night before bed and every morning and all 3 of my updates have been in the morning.

All I know is that the longer my car takes the more and more curious I get about the Rivian R2 coming up...

Mine has technically moved up when looking at the last date of the EDD. My last updated moved it from 3/31 to 3/17 for instance, while the first day of the EDD moved from 2/28 to 3/3. I would still consider that moving up I guess.

Just had a significant EDD change AWD white/black order date 1/13 just updated from 2/27 - 3/31 to 3/3 - 3/17! Feels like progress for AWD

I also changed from white to black interior, not to speed it up but just preference, and no change in EDD. Unless you've got a narrow EDD already I don't think it will make much difference, or at least we won't know until more LRs start getting VINs.

I was quoted $1200 before materials with the first bid I got, got a second one for $825 total. Went with the second one. In WA.

Does anyone know how complicated it would be to swap seats in the new M3? I ordered the white interior but in an ideal world I'd have the white interior with black seats. Is this possible?

I don't think it makes sense to be upset when your EDD is somewhere in the future and has been the same the whole time. If your EDD had come and gone, sure. That's why they give you an estimated date. I'm not sure why people are expecting their EDD to move up.

OD 1/13 White/white LR 1st: Feb - March 2nd: Feb 26th - March 31st (stuck on this since late Jan) Now: Feb 28th - March 27th

I'm in the same boat, I would recommend posting on all the different sites. I have mine up on Craigslist, FB, offerup, autotrader. I'm also posting the asking price a little above what I'm hoping to get because people will low-ball. A detail and good quality pictures will go a long way too.

Fairly sure the destination fee is for transporting the car from the factory, not for at-home delivery. Not sure it's going to be waived.

Looks like it's common for RHD vehicles too, but still on the driver's side. This video shows the same issue but mirrored.

I'd be patient, I ordered 1/13 and my EDD has stayed 2/26-3/31 the whole time. It'll happen.
