I'm the same as you - always done everything that's at all doable. But mobile service isn't for everyone - here in Australia it doesn't exist outside the one or two major cities and I don't even know about them.

Here in Australia my MS is at 2024.4.8.7 so obviously there must be some unit working at least on RHD with the NSW Australian road rules. I think it's deliberately misleading. Obviously, speed is the biggest factor in deaths/injuries in accidents when they happen. Whether speed CAUSES more accidents in the list of causes is entirely different but I think the authorities like to make it a primary cause, which it isn't.
