Another super smooth Tesla service experience

Had my appointment at 7:30
Tech was already working on my Model 3 at 7:45. Went for a test drive, identified the sound and the problem.

Worked on the car for about 90 minutes, then received a text the job was complete.

Correction: Control Arm - Upper - Front - LH (Includes Alignment) (Remove & Replace)
Parts Replaced or Added

RWK FR UPR CTRL ARM ASSY, LH(1044321-98-G) 1.0

They even took the time to inflate all 4 tires, check tread depth, check if rotation was necessary.

The other customer working in front of me wasn’t looking as satisfied as I was. Heard him saying it was the 2nd appointment he had for the same problem, that last time they changed the right side instead of the left side. Didn’t seem so happy when the tech asked him to go on a test drive with him to identify the recurrent problematic sound.

I guess I am lucky to date all the service calls were quick and smooth.
Center console screen replaced
Trunk panel gap adjusted
Rocker panels changed
Upper left control arm replaced

I'm surprised they took you on a test drive. They are still not doing that in AZ. I've got an odd noise in my PS A pillar that no one else has heard but my wife and me.
