Caliper Torque Specifications?

Does anyone know what the torque specifications are for the calipers (e.g. banjo bolt, mounting bolts, etc.). I am thinking of taking the calipers off the car to have them painted red. When I mount them back on I would like to know how tight they need to be. Also, is the brake fluid DOT5 or DOT4? I gather the fluid reservoir is below the frunk liner. I am still waiting on non-performance AWD so I do not have the car yet, just trying to prepare…
