Climate control and fan went out ?

2020 M3 tesla mobile service came out to replace 12v battery and next day went to drive it and notice climate control not working (no power)( no fan.) can't help to think its a fuse of some type. Has anybody had this experience?

There are no "fuses" in the normal sense, they are electronic. Let the car sleep and they will reset. If that's the problem.

Do a soft or hard reset and see if that fixes it?

always good to try a reset. Just remember that a reset doesn't reset the e-fuses. If that's the culprit, the only way is to wait for the car to sleep I think.

thanks for the feed back I have done a hard and soft reset with no luck tesla looked at it they are telling me the fan motor went out, but I'm puzzled why When the 12v battery was replace and how does it run perfectly and then there's nothing. Im waiting 2wks for service appt. They ordered the blower motor. I just can't help think is fuse related.

Parts can fail, possibly totally unrelated to another service item you just did. People often see correlations where there is none. If the fan motor is blown, they'll replace it and all will be good.

I had the fan motor fail summer of 2020. Took a day for the repair. They basically had to take out dash console, from parts in frunk to get to it.

Good luck! I hope you don't get any rattles from them removing the dash. When they did with our 18', we've since had a very irritating rattle

Why didn't you just get them to fix it seeing as it was their fault?
