On the model y it's just a steel fender. It doesn't look like you've creased any body lines so any competent body shop should be able to do the job. You are going to need the area repainted so look for someone whose good at color matching. good luck.

Just call any paintless dent removal company and get an estimate. All anyone can do on a forum is guess.
