Hide Ignored Poster Profile Pic On Thread

If you have ignored a poster and they start a thread, their profile pic still appears on the thread list with Ignored Poster as the name.

I ignore people who have distracting/annoying profile pictures so this is irritating to me.
Can the site replace/remove the profile pic of ignored members on the thread lists?

If on a PC (my only data point), you can use AdBlock (or similar) to block avatars.
