How to Sync Windows Phone Contacts to MX Via Bluetooth?

I have successfully BT paired Windows Phone (Lumia 950, Windows 10) with MX. Can receive and make calls, and get the audio over car audio, via BT.

However, my Windows Phone contacts don't appear to have synced to car. (Question: Is there a way to display synced contacts on the Tesla?) I have selected the sync contacts option in the BT settings on the Tesla. (I don't see a corresponding BT setting on the phone.) I have also rebooted the car. I have also dropped the paired connection and created a new pair. No joy.

Has anyone done this successfully with a Windows phone, running Windows 10? And if so, please share how?

OK - chalk this up to Operator Error. The contacts are, indeed, uploaded to the Tesla. I have apparently been using the Tesla voice command CALL incorrectly.

And, yes, there IS a way to display the contacts. A couple of ways, AAMOF. My dumb.
