Hi guys, I put COVID-19 in the title so people can skip over it next year if this shows up in a search about the Jeda chargers.
3/27/20 I placed an order with Jeda after a recommendation from a fellow forum member, seemed like it and the USB hub would be great additions. Jeda immediately charged me (okay, no problem, even though typically companies charge once the items are ready to ship). But since then I have received two emails stating the item would ship soon, with the last one virtually guaranteeing I would receive them by May 1st. Still nothing, and no tracking numbers. Meanwhile I get emails all the time telling me about the new products they are developing. I emailed them last week with no response, sent another today. Will try to call them Tuesday if this latest email goes unanswered.
Has anybody placed and received their orders in the last 6 weeks?
