You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

I think for a 2014 you will need to make a service appointment with Tesla to remove, or replace, the stolen fob. (I don't think you can do it yourself.)
For newer Model Ss you can do it yourself: Model S Owner's Manual | Tesla (But you could check and see if they made it available in older ones as well.)
If pin to drive is available for you I would set that until you can get the FOB removed by the SC. They may be able to get in but won't be able drive off with it. I also recommend emptying the glovebox but don't lock it - they may destroy the interior trying to open it.
You can buy new from Tesla or used from ebay and ask the service to reprogram both (your current and purchased one). This will remove that stolen one as well. Meanwhile use the P2D as suggested by @Rascoe
