It seems that Tesla added recently a second video port to the Model 3 and Y CPU.

This might be to share the same CPU withe the Model S and X,
or to provide a screen for the front passenger or the rear passengers?

Personally I love using auto steer on the highway because it frees up my brain to spend *more* time paying attention to the road not less. That means I can better work out which of the careless drivers around me are endangering me and everyone else because they're distracted by focusing on a screen. I don't see auto steer as an opportunity to copy their dangerous mistakes.

Back in 2011 Jaguar developed a dual screen view so that a passenger could use the main console screen and watch TV or Movie yet when sitting in the drivers seat you only saw the cars instrument panel. It was never released in the US because of potential issues under various state laws, but perhaps Tesla should look into this tech and whether it could be deployed. Below is an old Jaguar 🧵 that discusses it a bit.
