I can see it under History on the desktop website, it has also billed the credit card I have on file too

OK - not the same thing then, I have just checked - charge never came through to my card. (And no history on webpage). That's actually more worrying that they have more than 1 issue...

OK - progress, I charged up for the 2nd time at a supercharger this week and this time it did come up as free and my referral miles has gone down accordingly. It looks like my first charge - despite still showing on my car screen - has disappeared into the ether. It does not appear on my account or on my credit card statement. So I guess I can't complain...

Still not showing for me sadly, supercharged twice now, been charged both times. No miles showing in my Loot Box.

All logged with Tesla but they don't seem to be able to/want to sort it at the minute. Really don't see what's so difficult.

If this was for me, no. Newport Pagnell and Oxford
