Is there a way to see what my safety score is with no insurance so that I would have an idea if Tesla insurance is something I would be interested in

I'd be more worried about having my car towed and impounded with no insurance on a traffic stop.
It means that if you are stopped without insurance, by law, the vehicle cannot be operated on a roadway. Police, if they're doing their job, HAVE TO tow the vehicle...unless you're in a parking lot. In that case, depending on the property owner, you MAY have time to get insured before either you or the property owner has your vehicle removed.
