Stop sign with traffic light and exclamation point icon

When test driving a Tesla S 2017 75 with FSD computer in autopilot mode I kept getting this icon. I can't find it and service didn't know. Is this a concern? What does it mean? Thanks!

I don't know, but stop sign and traffic light control is part of the autopilot. I would go into settings and see if this is disabled. There may also be added information under the warnings you can display be pressing the icon on the system display. Perhaps that stop sign and traffic light automation is not working on the car while that icon appears.
