Another one that'll lose.

Other, similar approaches used by insurance companies aren't perfect either. I know because I've used one. There's also plenty of competition in the market, so there's no abuse of monopoly.
Just another annoying waste of human intellect.

Tesla uses many beta features and seems to get away with that practice.

There were lots of complaints of false penalties/failing grades when the Safety Score was implemented. The worst thing that happened to drivers then was a temporary loss of FSD beta.

No wonder there's finally a lawsuit when that algorithm penalizes drivers with monetary loss.

When on autopilot or fsd if sudden break happend or mistake the system doesn't record that for the safety score is only when using manually

Yes, in a beta thinking, everything should work as intended, until there's a lawsuit.
