These are impossible to fix without a rivet puller and rivet gun, it would appear.
I could be mistaken, but could not find any info online on how to do it.
Tried to untwist the seatbelt and could see someone had clearly made a hash of it.
The back panels are held in by two pop studs slid upward at the base (these were already broken) and body panel compression thingys.
The compression things are easy to pop out with little force.
What someone else has done is not pay attention to the pop studs at the bottom and ripped them out of the backing panel.
The metal part of the door is riveted in!
I could not see how to get to the seat belt.
But I could see someone had tried and failed and cause the backing metal to bulge.
Thankfully the seatbelt strap was accessible, just, and untwisting it was easy.
