Has anyone used Tesla Collision Center in Paramus and can share any feedback?

My parked(!) Model 3 was hit at work the other day, nearly getting the back bumper ripped off among some other damage. Has anyone gone to Tesla Paramus for any collision work and can share any feedback? My previous repair work was done by Peotters in Summit, but figured maybe it would be worth it to go to Tesla directly.

I'm sure that they will do a great job and may have a higher possibility of having the parts in place. Create a Service Request and see what they say and cost.

The exact same thing happened to my model 3 in the parking lot. Just the minor scrapes on my bumper and I decided to replace with a new bumpber that they painted and installed. Jose was my estimator and was great in giving me estimates for both repainting and replacing the bumper. I dropped it off on wed and it was ready by Friday. You do have to make an appointment on the app but once you do, they are pretty responsive.
