Intermittent squeak/squeal from HVAC

Getting an intermittent mouse/cricket sound when the fan blows. Seems to be only at highway speed, not stationary, and only on speeds 8 or 9, maybe 10. Turning it to 11,or to 7 and below, the squeaks stopped. Sound definitely coming from the right (passenger) side vents.

Hoping to DIY fix myself. It's thursday now and I haven't heard it since Monday morning's commute.

My blower fan would make a slight noise on first start up a few months ago when it was cold. I got bored one day and removed the blower fan to clean and lubricate it. It isn't hard to remove the blower fan. You need to remove the glove box to get access to the duct that is in the way. Once the duct and a cover is removed it's just 3 screws.

You can choose to either replace the blower motor or disassemble and lubricate.

Thanks so the motor is there and that's why the squeak came from there? Thanks for confirming that.
