thanks all for the feedback. Yes for sure, since it's leaking I'd like the oil and filter replaced. No word from Tesla service yet.
I have mixed feelings about Tesla service.......I love that my car has required little to no service up to 45k miles so far (it's been bullet proof), I love that when it did need something simple they came and did remote service at my house (ie battery replacement), I like to be able to make service reservations on the app. But, what I don't like is if you really have a problem you have a question about, you can't call anyone and just discuss it. This part really sucks.
