From Bloomberg news, Musk is in a surprising visit in China as of Sunday, meeting top officials to get FSD approved.
Reminded me what Shanghai giga factory did at 2019/2020 pivotal moment in TSLA history. In some way, that factory saved Tesla and served about 50% global sales. Of course looking back it is always 20/20.
Will FSD approval in China be similar catalyst in that regard?
TSLA is only major auto company that does not show up in the Beijing international auto show. Granted its product line is well understood and limited. So there is probably nothing to show.
What is your guess, I tend to think it is a positive development for TSLA, at least for brand reputation and potentially for bottom line.
