Remote not working even with new batteries Model X 2019

Hoping someone can give a bit of insight. My 2019 Model X key fob battery was replaced however its not recognizing the key fob with new battery or old battery even after car reset. It still doesn't work after latest update V11.1(2024.3.255aaf7e6d2826). I tried usi g new & old batteries for both my key fob's and nothing

If you search you'll find a detailed thread about key fobs not working even with new batteries. There's a process you want to follow to avoid this. There's also tips to prolong battery life.
