Didnt HW4 add radar? Why would they remove it but also add it to newer cars?

While not used in either era Model S I believe the resolution of the one’s installed in HW4 cars is much higher.

To everyone who got the updated yoke with mechanical horn, are your scroll wheels softer to press or the same as before? I noticed the scroll wheels for the new M3 highland round steering wheel and standard round steering wheel for MX/MS refresh were significantly softer compared to the old ones we have.

Im assuming the scroll wheels were part of the new yoke assembly and were not taken from the old yoke.
