    GFCI

Virtually all connectors have a built in GFCI and if you also have a GFCI breaker you can have one GFCI trip the other GFCI. Don't ask me how I know.

    Supercharging for Salvage Tesla

All anyone with a salvage title Tesla has to do is have the SC do the two Tesla required inspections then reactivate the supercharging. I've owned two salvage titled Teslas. Both had super charging restored.

Anyone with pre-refresh Model S have FSD 12?

The small handful of MCU1 cars that got beta had it disabled a few weeks later because it didn't work. Currently there are no MCU 1 cars running FSD. MCU 1 is not compatible with FSD The service center is correct. The question remains if Tesla is going to do as promised and upgrade the MCU ,at...

West Virginia Superchargers (location speculation, discussion)

When did Tesla announce that they were no longer making and deploying superchargers? You apparently listen to too much FUD.

Those cars with MCU1 that received FSDb had it removed a couple of weeks later because it didn't work.

OTA update to FSD V12 as part of recent FSD purchase

That is the dirty little secret. MCU1 does not appear to be compatible with FSD. I am unaware of any MCU1 vehicle that is running FSD. I've been waiting 1.5 years since Tesla said that FSDb was available to anyone who had paid for FSD and I opted in. All upgrades have been done and still no FSD.

    2020 Model S Alignment Issues

Before you pay for another alignment have the torque checked on all nuts and bolts in the front suspension. I had two alignments done, one by the Tesla service center and the other by an independent shop only to find out that almost all the lower ball joints were loose and yet both places had...

Tesla: Highlights from our upcoming Spring Release below

I had this feature on a Hyundai Sonata and it became a real PITA. It would open the trunk when I didn't want it to and I had to check to make sure the trunk hadn't opened. It was nice when that feature broke.

2017 Model S Stuck on FSD v11.0 & Feeling Left Behind

Tesla is about out of road to kick the can down. They have repeatedly said that MCU has nothing to do with FSD so they won't upgrade it. My car with MCU 1 Has never received any version of FSDb. Well FSD is no longer Beta and Tesla states that V12.x is available to all FSD capable cars. It's...

    Damage to Passenger back Panel

On the model y it's just a steel fender. It doesn't look like you've creased any body lines so any competent body shop should be able to do the job. You are going to need the area repainted so look for someone whose good at color matching. good luck.
