Include 3rd party chargers..

Given the changes in the supercharger strategy, it will be more important to support other charging networks. The navigation should know about other charging options (Electrify America, EVgo, etc), and support navigating to them. (No, not just the few chademo adapters that EVgo bought. The CCS networks)
* allow configuration of accepted connections, in the form of "has adapter". Know that the car has to support CCS for CCS adapters to work.
* Preferably, keep some sort of charger reputation/status. Maybe buy data from Rivian/Plugshare. Prefer working chargers
* Incorporate those chargers in navigation/route planning
* Enable battery preheating when navigating to a higher-power (150+kW) station.
