I'll be sure to bump this post in a month when we are still waiting! Not open as of this morning about 20 minutes ago (4/27/2021 9am pacific)
I'll be there Thursday and will check it out if someone hasn't alreadySomeone posted on fb that she saw a Tesla tech working on this supercharger today. Based on historical experience, that is a strong indicator that the supercharger going live is imminent. In fact, it very well may be operational. Would be nice if someone in the area stopped by to check, if not tonight, then tomorrow
My parents just went down and checked it out, charging right now without issue!I'll be there Thursday and will check it out if someone hasn't already
TC to yakima to portland would add an extra hour and a half at that rate, there are 14-50s and j1772 that would top off enough for the rest of the trip I wager. Finally, an alternate route to Portland from the Tricities, alleviating the Dalles bottleneck! Now, if they would just move south and add Hood River and Boardman, OR.

Looks like you just missed the main Yakima thread here:Surprised no one has posted about this. There is actually a supercharger in Yakima - next to a Bob's Burgers. There is another small brewpub with outdoor dining directly behind the supercharger area, next to the trampoline center. It's fine, not that much around it, except a mall across the street.
