Bottom line: no- many easily accessible locking removal tools available, so doesn’t actually prevent anything. Maybe slow them down 10 seconds per wheel. Plus, how many do you hear about being stolen in 2020..? it’s an old tactic.
Car alarm will most likely detect them.

and it's not like they fit lots of different cars ... and the people who have Tesla's (at the moment) are not generally good customers for stolen goods ...
