That’s 100% false. Telling by your wheel fitment and tire sizes you really need some guidance. Your tire aspect ratio is way off and so are your wheel offsets for aftermarket.
My wheel specs including offset and width are exactly the same as the MYP 2024 OEM 21”

Do you see the difference now?
Thanks @TwoK4drSi. Appreciate the download.
I was aware of the changes to height, width and sidewall. But; my offset has not changed from OEM.
The 21" with 265x40 and 285x40 gives me more grip, a fuller fit, a better stance and added comfort (40" > 35"). Plus, the loss in range and 0-60 are negligible in my opinion. I always planned to upgrade to height adjustable coilovers to lower the stance and once that's complete it will be tucked in and the fitment will look much better. Cheers!

I am MERELY replying to your comment in post 1039. You made a statement that 275 will not fit which is untrue. It probably WONT fit if it is a 40 series.

I wanted to opine bc I know others are looking at this thread and looking bc at tire sizes and correct your statement.

lol. I believe my statement was "275/35 is a tight fit on 21s" and not that it wouldn't fit. Looks good bro. Like tailored sneakers! Whats the ride like with bags?

Model Y Performance 2022 on 18x8.5 [AWZZ] 235/55 Continental CrossContact LX25. Both [AW01] and [AWZZ] designs clear the brakes, so if you want more acceleration, range, and comfort, they could be a good choice.

The weight of the OEM 21” Uberturbine wheel with a tire is 67 lbs, whereas the 18” [AWZZ] wheel is 47 lbs.

Regarding acceleration, we conducted two runs with two people in the car. In a 0-60 test with a 1-foot Rollout off, on exactly the same part of the road, we achieved 4.15 seconds versus 3.99 seconds.

I’m planning on doing Rotiforms Tuf-R.
Only came in 20x10.5 et 45. Going to put a 4mm spacer on the front to give me some room from the arm. View attachment 1023523
So with a lot of research and double checking with what others have on their setups, I had my fingers crossed.

I think having the 4mm spacer saved the setup. I was unsure about the front rubbing but wow, it was clean. 🙏🙏😮‍💨
