Thank you for the report and welcome to the forum!

I saw "Circle K" and thought, hmmm, this could be one of their own sites going in, as they've been deploying high-power CCS lately. But I checked their map and Wilson NC is not one of the locations that's getting it. Just FYI that this being one of their own CCS sites is unlikely. Of course if Tesla's install turns out to have Magic Dock then there'd be little point to also install a CCS site.

"Robbie Craft, regional category manager for Circle K, said the 24-vehicle charging station will be the largest supercharging site in North Carolina"

Oops! Maybe not.. the Raleigh North Hills locations is also 24 chargers although it was originally 12 150kW v2 Chargers and they added 12 additional 12 250kW v3 chargers later to bring the total to 24.

Either way, this seems like it should be a heavily used location and a good "jump point" to/from the Bucee's SC location which is about 140 miles away for those traveling on the rt95 Corridor.

Non Tesla chargers are being installed now.

Whhhaaaat? From my post here a few months ago:

Well, I just checked again, and now this Wilson NC site DOES appear on the Circle K map, with "4x CCS 180kW". OK then :) The 24 stations originally proposed was for 20xTesla + 4xCCS ...

Watch the video posted to the thread on April 27th., he discusses the Circle K CCS chargers.. The bollards closest to the NE corner of the building, where Krystal will be located is where Circle K placed the power runs for their CCS chargers. You can see three of the bollards in my photo on the 13th. I hope to swing by there again later this week or this weekend and get a few more site pics. A photo from the NE corner of the site, standing close to the tree line looking back to where I was standing on the 13th should capture all 24 chargers, Tesla and Circle K, in one shot. I plan to charge there the day the Superchargers go live, and hopefully that will coincide with the Krystal opening. 🤞

Went by today. So, there are actually FIVE Circle K 180 kW CCS chargers. If anyone should stop by you’ll want to pull in between thd Waffle House & Circle K and park in the “lower lot” meant for 18 wheelers. Recently paved so be mindful of the two inch lip that may still be there. I parked along the curb that borders Waffle House’s lot. They have fencing up in front of the Krystal under part of the gas pump canopy.
First photo I was standing in the lower parking lot about to walk up to the upper lot for the EV parking behind the Krystal.

Then I stood at the northwest corner of the upper lot beside the furtherest Tesla Supercharger stall that was shown in the pic from my previous post.

Since the transformer hid one of Circle K chargers I walked up a bit to get a shot of all five 180kW chargers.

Then I turned around to get a shot of one of the prefab Tesla sets.

Went back to the corner and shot a panning video. US 264 Alternate is the highway in the shot. Eastbound traffic moving right to left in the shot. The “lower lot” is meant for tractor trailers. They’d exit I-95, head east on US 264 Alternate, then turn left into entrance before the Circle K and flow clockwise around the site, getting back onto westbound 264 Alternate if their travels continue on I-95.

So, someone commented on my X post about the site just a short while ago and wrote that the Circle K cashier stated the Krystal would open tomorrow. Granted that doesn't mean the EV chargers will be live, but I'm going to drive up this evening and check on the Superchargers. The pin for Wilson hasn't moved to the actual physical location like I noticed shortly before the Durham Fayetteville Rd location went live.

Writing this post now on the off chance anyone following this thread is up that way this afternoon. I'll update this evening with a status if someone doesn't before me.
