Tesla insurance the worse out there. My model X was involved in a collision Nov 1 2023. Declared total loss, 6 months they still have not paid me. Unbelievable... I tried calling the 800 and you can't talk to any human. You're at the mercy of someone calling you. Which they never do 
Any advice other than wait? I already filed a complaint with CA DOI since they only have 60 days to settle payment and obviously we're way over that. My emails falls in deaf ears or layoffs.
