Cheers, I did contact them directly and they replaced both motors free of charge as was less than a year old so worked out well in the end :-)

So I now have 2020.8.2 reinstalling after the failed 2020.12.5 so who knows what went wrong.

I did have it available so as usual turned off sentry and kicked off the install. About 20 mins later I got an update failed message and it’s no longer visible to try again. Currently on 2020.8.2 with HW2.5 MCU1 will pop out later to give it a reboot just in case it helps show up again

Not sure if just me but I find it is now really slow to accelerate when a car moves out from in front of you. Speed set for 70, sitting at 45 and then seems to take forever to get back up to 70 when all clear. End up having to force it as cars behind me not happy.

Does anyone’s wiper service mode work with this update? Mine won’t work and performed all reboots but toggling the switch doesn’t move the wiper. If it’s turned on and I manually turn on wipers it just toggles it off.

I normally use warm (not hot) water, always works a treat for me. Only problem is when really code it will then freeze on the ground so keep that in mind. Defo never use hot water and when I say warm it’s more off cold just to clear the car.

The question around S and X is whether models older than Oct 2018 are included in said updates. I appreciate MCU 2 has more than our MCU 1 vehicles but surely these power increases should cover more of the fleet and not just 100 batteries either???

Yes, keep climate on just keeps the temperature set but everything else is the same. Dog mode puts the image on the screen to alert passers by that the car is cool etc.
