I'm on my third VR headset and to be honest, it's still a gimmick. Maybe Apple can save the concept before it goes the way of 3D television, but knowing Apple, their hardware will cost triple of what their competitors charge. Further,nthe software will be proprietary and designed to discourage 3rd party developers.
