2023 tesla y LR tailgate slams when closing,help pls.

does anyone got issue with tailgate that slams down so badly it shakes all car?
we got service app. and tech replaced both strats and still we got same issue.

funny part is if you have all door and all windows closed tailgate will close with less bang,probably because of air pressure in cabin,but if you open window or door will bang like boom.

now we have checked new 2024 demo model and it has no issues regardless of door or window being closed or open.
tech checked revision on both lifter actuators and it is same 2023 and 2024.

there are no gaps around tailgate,so alignment is perfect ,hinges are ok.

what else to check or to replace ,anybody has any idea?

Normal. Expect a rough closing if car doors/windows are open. It's a heavy hatch.

Just imagine older cars that you have to slam trunk ,its almost the same here.

My model S got less impact on tail gate even if door are bigger.
So much upset with this issue ,very expensive car but tailgate slams like gabage container lid.
