Since they are using the same spec for the front, it's safe to assume the hub assembly, suspension upright, bolt pattern, center bore, etc are all exactly the same as Gen.1.

Adaptive suspension aside, I suspect the key braking and suspension components will be carried over.

1) Most of our clients with Model Y Performance (21" staggered) downsize to either 19/20" square setup. Most current M3P owners ditch the flying saucers for 18/19" square setups. This results in a more comfortable ride and makes tire rotations possible.
2) OEM Tesla 18" wheels may not clear the...

No matter how you dice it, as long as the overall diameter between all the tires are similar in size ( <2%) , there will be no issues mechanically or electronically.

Unfortunately, they no longer sell the black version. So you would have to source them used or from a third party.

Love it! I like the stealthy nature with the big red brakes poking from out back. Good choice on the Matte Blue Gunmetal TE37's 👏
And of course, thanks for your support!

Have someone depress the brake while you torque down the spacer OR jam a small wrench between the rotor's slot. Make sure you damp it with something soft so the wrench doesn't leave mark on your caliper.

Buying a high performance family sedan in itself is like buying all-season tires. Why don't we all just buy a Porsche GT3RS for the track and a Land Rover Defender for when it snows? 😆 😊 I'm being funny but it's a similar concept at a smaller scale.

Rather not go back and forth with someone who has their mind set on such statement.
I do this all day long based on experience and will suggest the most appropriate setup based on the end user's needs. God forbid somebody lives in a completely different region with completely different needs for...
Exactly. We've ran 200TW tires as daily tires before. Sure grip is amazing when the temperature is there. But the range, noise and and fair weather performance was the compromise. There are no solutions, only trade offs.

In Tesla's case, I think range. Now that there's a more powerful motor in the rear, I can see the case to upsize the rear tires.
235's all-around is far too under-tire for such a heavy car IMO.
Many high end sports cars run staggered setups with modern AWD drivetrains from factory. I think if...
It should.
I have options for you. When the time comes feel free to message or email me. This is mostly what I do and enjoy doing.

I recommend 255/35/20 max on a 9" wide wheel. If you'd like to run 275, I suggest a 20x9.5 wheel. You have to make sure the offset is low enough for you to clear the front suspension arm upright.
