Spare wheel options with current Model S

Ive read the threads on spares but I’m a little confused with frunk sizes etc.
what’s the current best bet for a spare for a current Model S (single motor)?
I’m guessing nothing will fit in the current size frunk?
What’s the best bet to get something that will clear the front brakes and where is everyone storing it?

My setup for outback touring (and even urban driving). I have tried 4 different places for the spare and this is where I settled !

If I were to fo to that much trouble I would get a tire plug kit. Also a low profile jack and one of the $50 low profile eBay Lego style jack blocks. Could be hard to get a jack in on some roadways on a full flat otherwise. I think hockey pucks are less space than the blocks.
