Well hopefully we will hear/see people on the Australian forum who have 2023.12.10 shortly, unless the cars are limited to Tesla employees who are doing testing outside of the US.

Agreed - its an inconsitent approach by Tesla in Australia, if it is not mandated, why include it as a standard feature on any product. At the end of the day, Tesla have provided an option to install the product/feature if you really want it, which is a win.

I have confirmation from Tesla yesterday (via the Tesla app - service function) that the Model Y does not come with Boombox or PWS in Australia. That is strange as the PWS and boombox functionality is detailed in the Australian user manual for Model Y’s. So this is really poor form by Tesla if that is the case.

When picking up your MYP check that your boombox and PWS is functional and working.

Cool - I am not alone! MYP had 3 software updates over the last 24 hours and I thought both the PWS and boombox functions would activate. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Agree - and just like that MYP has gone from 2023.2.12 to 2023.6.11 overnight. My M3 is still on 2023.2.12

Just picked up my MYP today and it has already picked up 2023.2.12 - this is very different behavour to the M3 which took about a month before it completed its first update - at least post update my M3 and MYP will be on the same version.

Intesting development - pick up is scheduled tomorrow and just got a text message/call from Tesla. The CTP on the MYP has increased by $13 and will need to be paid during pick up. Anyone had a similar experinace/call?
