Look in the service menu for a seat calibration button. It takes care of the problem.

We have a 2021 and a 2023 Model Y. My profile is saved to both vehicles. The seat positioned seems to be synced between both cars perfectly, but the side mirrors are not. Adjustments in one car result in changes to the other. It's as if the mirrors do not have a common point of reference...

Not only did they fix it, they actually improved it. When you get to the end of your radio presets, it now loops back around to the start of the presets, rather than switching to the next media source. Well done!
