Born, raised and still living in Orange County, I've spent all of most of my career in the vehicle testing and development field. Until seven years ago that consisted of driving diapered prototypes on proving grounds, tweaking on the suspension, brakes, steering and tires. Now I run the testing department at Edmunds.com, where I test and write about cars for real folks instead of design engineers working in cubicles at the head office. Much more enjoyable, and I spend a lot of time in EVs of all sorts, among other things.
