My car requires a harness adapter as well. Not all the same, and I could use a bundle of wires but I'd rather go with the Tesla solution just in case.

The difference is, Tesla is intentionally vague on what the car you receive actually has. I can't stand car dealerships, but at least the window sticker tells you all of the specific options for the car you are purchasing. Tesla can just make a change and say "its better now" and you're either...

I've heard rumblings of changes to the front doors, specifically the motors. Assuming at this stage its just a baseless rumor though.

I think that's as much marketing as it is accurate, look at the Cybertruck date lol

Is Tesla ever going to fix this? Seems so crazy for such a touted feature of their flagship vehicle.

Pretty much, they've already changed the date several times so not like it would be shocking to change again.

It's today at 3PM.

It's a fairly busy shopping center, pretty poorly designed intersections. Word on the street is that the meter got dropped in today, so should be online once a crew gets around to energizing and testing things. Haven't driven by to verify though.

Fence was down when I drove by last night, still no meter though.
