    OEM 20” tire life?

I’m replacing by OEM 20” Goodyear on 2020 MY at 16,400 miles. Tires have been properly inflated, rotated and aligned and still haven’t lasted long. Nearly all long distance freeway driving in SoCal. Cord showing inside tread channel all the way around one tire. Goodyear said no OEM warranty...

Tesla App Utility plan configuration: Multiple Peaks, Buy/Sell Behavior, etc

I just switched to the app provided numbers from my own. Do you know if the sell rate numbers are correct on EVTOU5? I thought SDGE paid us an average wholesale closer to .10 cents or did I read that wrong on the website? Without figuring out the true sell number I can’t figure out if this...

    Safety Score

With the exception of the northbound 110 to 105 interchange in LA, most of my hard turn warnings appear to only be from trips where I entered a parking lot…90 degree turns from the street…

    Gateway updated to 21.20.2

My V2 were rolled back to 20.49.0 I've been away from home for work and I could swear that the energy storage was lower last week before the regression. Seems like it didn't fill up as fast and drained faster. I don't have data for it through because I'm not home. Might just be my imagination....

Strategies for Powerwalls and Utility Demand Plans

First 2 weeks with 2 PW on existing 12Kw system. Turn on was Self Powered. Didn't used a single watt from the grid for 3 days. Pretty cool. Then came the options... Got Advanced and started using Time Based Balanced - However, I wasn't expecting it to behave the way it did because of the way...

San Diego SDG&E users, are you getting home consumption in your mobile app?

I can see my existing solar and my SDGE consumption from the grid using the App. Had Powerwalls installed last week.

Cooling Strategies with PV + ESS

It’s just the change in adding the PWs for me. My house is now charging/powering a large device and that’s new to me. We exported more than we produced before the PW. Even on rate DR. My pool equipment and AC run off solar until the sun went down with all excess going to the grid. A lot of...

Cooling Strategies with PV + ESS

I guess that hack is the only real choice for summer and then put it back to 4PM for winter. I wanted to try and leave it at 4PM since that's a constant year round, but it might not be possible. I'll have to look into the SmartThings App and see if I can just automate that function.

Cooling Strategies with PV + ESS

It didn't seem to make much difference in playing around this week, but I might have to let it sit longer on a few more days and see if it sorts itself out.
