If 2022.28.1 Started to really roll out in early September, does it stand to reason that the 2022.32 branch would have been early October based on release schedule, pushing 2022.36 closer to early November?

This just helped me stop installing 2022.24.8 in my refresh X. Thank goodness this worked. My S won’t stop buzzing, I don’t need that in another car.

It is definitely tied to 2022.24.6. It was not there for me before the install, and hasn’t left since.
