I see that others report a faulty seat sensor. Did you explore this possibility. I also have the same issue. SC did a complete reinstall of the firmware, but the problem persists. Car not turning off when exiting the vehicle
I have experienced the exact same problem. Recent SC appointment couldn't reproduce the issue. A complete reinstall of firmware was done. As soon as the car was returned and I drove home, the same problem surfaced. Did replacement of the seat (confirming that the seat sensor has failed) resolve...
